It is commonly understood that unresolved trauma can cause addiction, host immune dysfunctions, lead to disease and change our DNA. However, apart from low vibratory energies damaging our physical and mental health, the stored trauma memory in our energy system can also induce very low emotional states and attract havoc into our social lives.

Energetically trauma can be seen as a knotted up energetic system.

No matter what the cause of the trauma, if trauma remains in our energy system, we continue to operate from this energetic scar. We re-traumatize ourselves through intense reactions and thus create a large traumatic load that weighs us down energetically.

While there are therapies available to help our recovery from trauma, many do not address our energetic system or the more hidden past life or birth traumas. Energy work can facilitate the deeper aspects of our trauma and lighten our traumatic load we free up our energy to allow it to flow better in all areas of our lives.

One of the major challenges in Trauma Clearing is the release of memory without retraumatizing ourselves. Energy work offers a gentle alternative as it allows us to become an active part in the self-healing process without having to relive the memory.

Our susceptibility and tendency to relive trauma through repeating triggers is often increased through our hidden ego payoffs. In honest contemplation we can investigate how potential victimization, specialness (feeling all alone and not seeking help), superiority, but also passive-aggressiveness, defensiveness, acting out as perpetrator, retaliation and other shadow traits are possibly linked to our traumas.

In times of elevated collective or planetary influx of transformational energies, which are often induced through shifts and changes in the electro-magnetic grid or collective matrix, our energetic triggers are amplified. This can affect our inner balance and well being on all levels with increased intensity and can lead to resurfacing of symptoms of emotional, mental, physical or etheric bombardment.

Etheric bombardment can trigger:

Jona and I are still hearing from numerous people who are really struggling right now with the intensities that are quite bombarding or overwhelming to the point where one can become unsure what is their 'stuff' (ego patterns, emotions) and what is others.

When the current intensities hit, it is like our energy becomes swamped or overcome, and if we don't work immediately to center or ground, we can easily get spun into fear, worry, doubt, anger, and the whole gambit of defensive responses in the hopes that we can cope with all that is hitting us.

In a recent discussion in our forum comunity her at transCODES the question was raised of how Addiction and Recovery tie in with Ego, Inner Child, Karma & Trauma? In this following personal reflection of this subject, I am going to share some of my personal background with you and explain how this connection became clear to me.

In context with Recovery, Inner Child and Karma aspects are very important topics. As you all know, we don’t just regard substance abuse or obvious addictive behaviors as subject to Recovery – from an energetic standpoint, shadow, ego, co-dependency and co-addiction resemble addictive behaviors just as much as a full blown drug addiction and therefore always need to be a part of self-healing. The reason why Ego, Inner Separation, Inner Child and Shadow cannot be left out of our journey of recovery, is because they are karmically tied to our energetic expression, as they can for example increase or decrease our propensity to addictive coping bechaviors in all areas of our life!

Where there is Grace...there is no Trauma!

With Grace, there is no Trauma. Grace acts like a vacuum, sweeping our energetic system, removing and revealing that which needs to be revealed. Calling upon Grace activates our self-healing abilities and allows us to see our hidden pain, as well as view past traumatic events, with the support and vision of our hearts.

The clearing process with GRACE could be best described as an energetic inversion process of dissonant energies through our heart-vortex – we often call this process ‘overwrite’. Once the inner connection is made, dissonant aspects, such as deeply seated trauma energies can be neutralized and harmonized. The harmonization is an energetic process in which every frequency not resonating with our True Self/heart connection frequency is illuminated and either cleared or integrated. This process is the characteristic of GRACE Integrity® transMISSIONS and could be best described as an emotionally and mentally detached experiencing a deep clearing of our inner most disharmonic parts.

From an energetic viewpoint, underneath the lower energetic vibrations are hidden away "limiting beliefs" that control you and create your life - for example "Suffering is honorable" or "Pain makes me stronger". These limiting beliefs were created as coping strategy when we experienced trauma.

Remote Energy Work has proven to be a very efficient healing tool for resolving the impacting effects of Trauma and especially Key Traumas. If you are interested in reading more about how remote energy work and coaching can help to

Unravel and discover your limiting beliefs......and you'll unravel from the key traumas that control you!

In tonight's session we will focus on uncovering the limiting beliefs that shape our behaviour and create our life. As each limiting belief surfaces in our session (and/or the days to follow,), we will acknowledge this belief as a necessary way we protected ourself, and then claim a new way of being.

The holiday season is often the time of year that brings out the worst and the best in us. But this can also be a blessing. If we choose to become the peaceful observer of ourselves and recognize the mirror in our loved ones, we can use this time to heal relationships and work with our conscious or unconscious trauma energies.

We all have trauma energies operating within us, consciously or unconsciously. Trauma tends to attach to our energy system in knots and can restrict or block us physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. Trauma is like glue that sticks us to our past and sometimes even past lives. We wonder why we cannot truly forgive ourselves, feel constant guilt or shame, why we cannot stop addictive behaviours, heal from physical ailments or let people go, no matter what we try, because Trauma energies bind us to invisible patterns or reactionary programs.

While there are many ways to approach trauma healing, energy work can provide a powerful tool for the resolution of locked up energies otherwise difficult to reach. With our Grace Trauma Clearing remote energy transMISSION for example, we can address and unlock these energetic knots in the energy field of a person while bypassing the mental processing. Through the focus on the inner heart connection we can target the clearing of such binding energies without him or her mentally having to understand the nature of her/his trauma.

I've taught people to connect to their self-healing abilities for years now. When I casually mention that you can remove a flu-virus (for example), using your natural ability to heal yourself, reactions would vary from; people looking at me like I had 3 heads, their eyes would glaze over, or they'd say something like, "oh, ya, the power of the mind thing."

Well..... when I told those same people, about self-healing from trauma and how trauma can be one of the core underlying cause of disease (i.e. cancer), addiction and a host of other physical, mental and emotional problems, they'd nod their head in agreement. We have a natural understanding of this.

Just today, I was reading a poster about a trauma healing seminar and an article in a local paper, where a medical doctor was talking about disease and trauma being one of the causes. All types of practitioners, doctors, etc., seem to agree. I'm not familiar with the methods used in the seminar, or other practices, but what I do know from personal experience is; you have everything you need, inside you, to end your trauma. You've just not been shown how, or didn't realize. You've never asked and or some methods just simply don't work, or they work to a certain degree.

When we are traumatized, what really happens to us?

On an energetic level, after the traumatic event, we walk away with a different vibration. How did this leave us feeling? Very painful experiences may have left us unable to face how we felt, and we were left numb. When we went numb, we walked away from ourselves. There is no blame here....we all had to get by somehow, to cope in some way.

When we run a trauma, we are responding from our conditioned reactions, to life and it's events. We traumatize ourselves over and over again, from past key traumatic experiences (ranging from severe, to simple emotional upset), that run in the background of our conciousness, creating a Trauma Load.
