Energy Update 4th - 11th May 2017

As pointed out since the beginning of the year PHYSICAL INTEGRATION is and will continue to be the main theme for this year. In two-three week cycles we will be hit with physical issues, no matter whether we understand the connection with our surrounding energies or not. Those of us familiar with the occurrence of this energetic sensitivity or empathetic way of seeing world are no exception! The only difference in our perception of what is going on 'out there' is that we are slightly better able to contextualize politics, environmental, emotional, energetic and physical phenomena - that is if we have chosen to CONSCIOUSLY USE and TRAIN OUR ENERGETIC SENSITIVITY.

Finally, a shift is happening...albeit a small one...

Since yesterday collective energies feel a little lighter - or at least somewhat less mirky and overwhelming. For many of us energetically sensitives small shifts can make a big difference - we are finally getting the opportunity to expand a bit more into our own space again.

Embodiment is important right now; so, if you are still feeling disconnected from yourself or the world, MAKE A CONSCIOUS EFFORT to reconnect. It's not yet time for big changes, but a good time for getting ready to be more practical!

In last weeks' energy digest I wrote a lot about the 'why's' and the ENERGETIC DYNAMICS OF GETTING STUCK in our old patterns. Now, is the time to move on and realign ourselves to the PRACTICAL IMPLEMENTATION of our new insights and perspectives - in short:

Whenever we communicate, think of, write to, fantasize about or get in touch with others we are connecting and thus interacting with the energy of another person.

Energetically sensitives and empaths are very familiar with the phenomenon of sensing a lot more than just the acted, spoken or written word. We respond to subtle energies, resonances and dissonances, intentions, stored memories, energetic residues and even etheric interaction. When we talk or think of another person, we can see their projections, can feel stabbed in the back while being complimented; pick up when someone doesn’t speak truth; see where energies go and how the subtle energy body of the other acts. In short, our range of communication includes not only the seen but also the unseen.

We all can we can pick up on emotions, thoughts, physical sensations and even pictures when we are talking to or thinking of another person or situation. Are our inner reactions to others really all our own or is there a form of interaction going on, that is outside of our normal radar?

Energy Update September 2016 (Full Moon - Lunar Eclipse)

The end of August and beginning of September weren’t easy. While there has been a lot going on in the collective personally we couldn’t help but feel like ‘Stuck in Our Lives’. Everything and everybody is mirroring to us that CHANGE is needed, but there is no clear answer as to how? Sure, we can go into fear and get a stash of food and cash to get us through potential chaos, but frankly, why do we keep waiting for something to happen on the outside?

It’s time to realize that our FORTUNE lies in our own hands!

Get up and adjust your course! It’s not just you feeling this way, but as long as we externalize how we feel and what we can do NOTHING IS GOING TO CHANGE!

Many of us energetically sensitive people felt like they were getting sick with a cold or some kind of weird digestive IBS-like upset – we have been feeling immobilized and sluggish! Collectively there is a deeper STRUCTURAL ADAPTATION process that is happening right now and it is reaching all the way into our genetic, neurotransmitter and biochemical make-up. It’s like RESET.

Whatever the energetic state we are holding right now will set the stage for our energetic metabolic rate for the coming years.

So far the month of May has 'blessed' us with an interesting mixture of deep self-reflection and grounding reality check. We were literally asked to go back to GO and revisit some of our unresolved 3D aspects from January and February. Once again, the ups and downs of inner purgatory tried to pull us back into this limbo of not knowing where to go, what to do.

While this was and still is testing our patience on many levels, these last two weeks were really eye-opening. Most of us have been in a haze, busy with a mixture of deep frustration and yet excitement about new energies coming in.

After all, be assured, this all wasn’t for nothing! When we need to go back or feel like we are standing very important integration processes are happening within! Of course, it would have been nicer to finally see progress, but this is not what this Reality Check was about! It was about PROGRESSION and understanding that sometimes the (seemingly) wrong choices can bring us to the right places regardless!

It is in the nature of our selective and often distorted ego perception that we cannot see the purpose of going through things over and over again. This is part of our human limitation. So, if we want our blinders to come off - energetically sensitive or not – we need to clean up, let go, and re-center – in all areas of our lives!

There is no point in sugar-coating our illusions, they still are illusions!. If we fail to respond to our inner prompting to check on things with bone-crushing honesty, we will miss the train and get lost in our personal hell-worlds of beating ourselves up and whining about how things never work out for us.

Spiritual Awaking is not just an event or process in which we suddenly wake up and see things differently - it’s a new way of looking at and dealing with reality. Awakening comes with built-in instructions, but to access the abilities that can help us to implement our awakened consciousness in our daily lives we need to learn how to shift our focus to connecting within for guidance. Applying our awakened consciousness means adapting to new challenges with increased creativity and energy to realize higher vibratory solutions.

In the beginning its often not clear yet what we can or are supposed to do with it. Saving the world? Convincing others? Starting a revolution? Instructions coming from the standpoint of ‘others are wrong’ and ‘only I can see the truth’ do not originate in our higher consciousness but our ego. What we can find through introspection is not more power or more sight - it is the deeper understanding of what we are experiencing, and with it the chance to choose our reality.
